Why all the horrible reviews?

I hesitated getting this app, because of all the terrible reviews, but eventually I did. And I am sooo happy with it! I have dark blonde/ brown hair, and it works so well. Im assuming that all of the other reviews have black or dark brown hair, so it might not have worked, but if you have brown, lift brown, or blonde hair, I recommend it 100%!!!
